Do you offer customizations on your greeting cards?

We do not offer customization on our greeting cards.

How many cards do I have to buy?

There is no minimum order - Cards are sold by package of 6 greeting cards. You can buy a single package or as many as you want.

What is the latest time I can order?

Orders placed and paid for before 4pm Monday to Friday will normally be processed and despatched that day.

Will you take an order over the phone?

An order can be taken over the phone, but it may not be processed that day. Your order will be processed more quickly if you place and pay for it online.

Can I have a discount?

The more you buy, the more discount you will receive. Our current discounts are follows:

Get 5% off when you spend over $150 on all occasion cards
Get 10% off when you spend over $300 on all occasion cards
Get 15% off when you spend over $500 on all occasion cards
Get 20% off when you spend over $1000 on all occasion cards
Get 25% off when you spend over $2000 on all occasion cards
Get 30% off when you spend over $3000 on all occasion cards

How can I pay?

Paying Online

Payment can be made online using our secure payment service. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American express and Visa Debit.

Follow the online instructions to enter your card payment details and your transaction will be processed instantly.

If you experience any problems with the online payment service please contact us and we will be pleased to take your payment details over the phone.

Is paying online safe?

In order to ensure your credit card information remains secure at all times, we use a secure online payment system. All the information you supply during your card payment is completely secure and encrypted. We never have access to your card details and it is impossible for any third party to capture these details from our site as they are never stored or transferred through our server.

How much do you charge to deliver everyday cards within the Canada?

The shipping is made via Post Canada. There is no minimum order size.

Do you send orders internationally?

Yes. Most orders for delivery outside the Canada are despatched using Canada Post Airmail Service.

When will I get my order?

We try to despatch all orders received before 4pm (Monday to Friday) the same day. Orders placed after 4pm or over a weekend will be despatched the next working day. We will send you an email to confirm when your order has been despatched.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?

Please allow five to seven working days for Canada post to deliver your order. Please note that, if your order is too large to go through your letterbox, Canada

post Mail is meant to leave a card advising you that they have your order and will store it in your local distribution depot for you to collect. In the event that your order has not been delivered within these delivery times, as a first step please check with your local Mail distribution depot. If it is not awaiting collection, please contact us to advise us that you have not received your order.

Can I return my order?

Orders can be returned and a full refund given if the cards are sent back to us and received in same condition within 7 days of the order date.

Do you have any retail locations?
Not yet. We sell only on our website.

How do I get Adorable note greeting cards in my store?
Love Adorable note greeting cards? Your customers will too. Just contact-us please. we will send you a whosale request form and one of our sales reps will be back to you shortly.

Where are your cards made?
Adorable note greeting cards are 100% made in Canada.
